我愛我自己
　　　　
我愛我本然的樣子
我不需要做任何改變
我愛我本然的樣子
我不需去重新組合
我是美麗的，
有能力成為最好的我
而且我愛我本來的樣子。

我愛你本然的樣子
你無需做任何事
當我在我自己內在感覺到愛
愛你便是容易的
在你的淚水、憤怒與恐懼背後
我看到你的閃耀之星
而且我愛你本然的樣子

我愛這世界本然的樣子
因為我能清楚看到
我所批判的所有事情
都是由像我一樣的人所為
但是，和平降臨地球的那一天
唯有靠愛才能達到
我愛所有的人事物
來幫助和平的成長

我愛我本然的樣子
而我仍然想要成長
但要達成外在的改變
先要在我心深處真實的了解到
我是美麗的，以及有能力成為最好的我
以及，我愛我本然的樣子！

I Love Myself

I love myself the way I am,
there's nothing I need to change.
I'll always be the perfect me,
there's nothing to rearrange.
I'm beautiful and capable of beingthe best me I can.
And I love myself just the way I am I love you just the way you are,
there's nothing you need to do.
When I feel the love inside myself,it's easy to love you.
Behind your fears, your rage and tearsI see your shining star.
And, I love you just the way you are.
I love the world the way it is,
'cause I can clearly see,
that all the thingsI judge are done by people just like me.
So 'till the birth of peace on earth,that only love can bring,
I'll help it grow by loving everything.
I love myself the way I am,and still I want to grow.
The change outside can only come,when deep inside I know,
I'm beautiful and capable of beingthe best me I can.
And I love myself just the way I am.

英伦：我看这首诗时，眼眶就红了，大多数的人爱别人容易，爱自己很难，这种相恋的方式，奥修称为“乞丐”，两个没爱的人互相讨爱，最后会形成权力斗争（爱我就要照我期待的方式爱我！我这么爱你你怎么可以这样对我？为什么你不够爱我？）这是90多巴仙人的恋爱模式。当然我目前也还在“乞丐”模式中，不过我已经在面对着问题，疗愈的路已经开始。
